"How can you afford this?"
Fair question. Here's the honest answer.
Our skip trace runs on our own 79M-record homeowner database — costs us about $0.0001 per lookup. Giving away unlimited skip trace costs us almost nothing.
Voice is metered at cost. Phone numbers are cheap. The real money comes from ReadySMS — our SMS platform. Every wholesaler eventually needs to send texts, and when they do, we make a margin on credits.
The dialer is our front door. SMS is the house. That's why we can charge less than every competitor and still keep the lights on.
Questions we get a lot
Is there really no credit card required?+
None. Sign up with email, verify your phone, and you're dialing. Payment methods only come into play if you choose to upgrade to Pro or buy extra voice minutes.
What happens when I hit the 50 dials/day cap?+
Your dialer pauses until tomorrow (or this month, for voice minutes). You can upgrade to Pro instantly for unlimited dialing, or just come back tomorrow.
How is unlimited skip tracing actually free?+
We own our homeowner database. DealMachine charges $99/mo for it because they license their data; we don't. Our cost is a fraction of a cent per lookup — so we pass it through free.
What makes skip trace results high quality?+
79 million records, refreshed continuously, with phones, emails, demographics, and professional data. Phone numbers are validated against carrier records. Same-or-better data than what competitors charge $0.15–$0.50 per lookup for.
What's the catch with the ReadySMS Customer tier?+
No catch. If you're already sending SMS through ReadySMS (≥ $25/mo in credits or any active subscription), your dialer is 100% unlimited. The logic: if we've already won your SMS business, we'd rather give you everything than nickel-and-dime you.
Can I use my own phone numbers?+
Yes. Port in your existing numbers or bring them via BYOC (bring your own carrier). Your free number is just a starting point.
Do you support predictive / parallel dialing?+
Yes — all five modes: preview, power, progressive, parallel, and predictive. Predictive includes TCPA-compliant abandonment controls (sub-5% target).
